Major League Funds
The Heart of The Plan
Its community-based organizations that are working on the front lines of our society in areas such as poverty, food insecurity, water availability, homelessness, and education.
We seek those people that are excellent at what they do and can demonstrate outcomes that are measurable and meaningful. For any group that is leading in their respective fields, we will consider offering grants awards in the form of tools, technology, services and capital.
Our Mission is to build a regional cooperative business model of organizations that invest in people. We offer resources to individuals, families, businesses, and communities in order to equip them with education, tools and resources that insure humanity’s future. We will learn and adapt to a changing world as we integrate with a more diversely rich community with partnerships around the world. We will adapt with changes in the environment and technology, always moving forward toward greater efficiency.
Our grants are awarded throughout the year and range from $10,000.00 up to $100,000.00 or more. Eligibility is based on several factors including the age of the applying organization, its non-profit status, effectiveness measures, its leadership, its current capacity and the feasibility of the proposed program. Organizations that are ready for expansion and have the capacity to grow quickly are preferred, however, all applications are considered.

The Networks will be self-sustaining and evolving systems. We do this by allocating a portion of each grant to small dollar donation fundraising managed by a professional marketing agency that will strategically align all campaigns to point in the same direction while maintaining each organizations autonomy and brand. Non-profit groups registered as 501c3’s are qualified to receive 10-100k (one time).
A portion of all grants will be reserved for Major National (Iconic) Non-Profit Groups such as, “The Smithsonian, “National Endowment for The Arts”, The Autobahn Society” and others. These grants will be targeted and segmented for use only by our Networks’ Non-Profits. In this way we will be able to provide well-recognized organizations’ talent and resources for our clients.
All Orgs Will Be Non-Profits that are part of our incubator system, affording all groups to be either mentors or mentees and thereby expanding our capacity and reach. For any organization that is on its way to certification, we will assist in that process during the incubation period.
All Will Have an Independent CPA as CFO that are resourced either by the board for the organization or our system. Having a CFO filling this key role and including regular audits takes the risk out of deploying capital to so many organizations annually. The CFO network will work collaboratively to establish proper standards by which to operate. Regular reporting, audits and consistent standards will be continually improved by this important body.
All Will Operate Within Our Online Platform in A Transparent Monitoring System—We will utilize (first year) a series of tools and platforms that work together to manage the organizations under our direction. Some of these are “Board Affect”, “Caspio”, “Honey Book” and “Pancentric”. My agency will “piece” these tools together with SAAS widgets for a seamless User Interface. However, a platform uniquely built for our use is critical and will be top priority for year two. A portion of each grant will be allocated to Technology Maintenance (3%).
All Grant Recipients Will Submit Project Plans, Budgets and Contracts for Deployment and these will be part of the permanent record and stored and managed by the CFO’s and our Accountants.
All Will Report Progress Reviews Quarterly.
A Portion of All Grants Will Be Designated for Continuous Fundraising (6%) so that merchandise, direct to public crowdfunding and other means can be deployed 24/7 without interruption.
All Orgs Will Be Awarded 10k Per Month Google Ads (required for approval) These will be up to 40k per month that will quickly add up to millions of dollars in advertising and marketing annually. Accounting Firm To Come On Board Upon Funding (or Advance) 1st Quarter 2024.
